Political Advocacy for OT’s Role in Mental Health

SIG Objectives, at least 3:

Participants will:

      Identify legislative issues that affect occupational therapy practitioners in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and at the federal level.

      Identify methods to become involved in state legislative issues.

      Increase understanding of political and legislative process that influence OT practice.

SIG Date, Time and duration: Wednesday February 16 5:30pm to 6:30pm
