MAOT charges review fees based on what MAOT reviews, not on what an individual participant ultimately attends, completes, or earns.
For a single course, the review fee is based on the total contact hours of that course, according to the Single Course pricing table. For a multiple-course conference, the review fee is based on the total number of individual courses submitted to MAOT for review.
The multi-course conference fee is not calculated based on the number of courses or contact hours an individual participant completes or earns. Example: If a one-day multi-course conference has 3 sessions (A, B, & C), with 3 different course options offered during each session. The provider submits 9 courses to MAOT for review. Although each participant may attend only 3 courses during this one-day multi-course conference, the review fee is based on 9 courses submitted to MAOT for review.
