1.  Review the benefits of presenting to the SIG group as a desirable professional learning experience for MAOT members:  
   1. Educate others regarding a topic of significant personal value  
   2. Improve public speaking skills via practice    
   3. Increase self-esteem through personal contributions  
   4. Increase awareness of the value of shared responsibility among members  
2. Understand presenter responsibilities:  
   1. Create learning objectives  
   2. Submit learning objectives for planned topic to SIG chair  
   3. Create and present topic  
3. Brainstorm and draft a potential session to share with attendees  
4. Identify topics of interest and speakers for the year
