Demonstrate an understanding of intersectionality, including its origin and purpose Reflect on their individual social identities and their impact in terms power, privilege, and discrimination Apply principles of intersectionality to existing OT frameworks and theories Identify areas in OT education that can benefit from an intersectional lens, including the admissions process, student-teacher relationships, and course curricula
