Title: Overview of What’s New With the MABC-3 and BOT-3.

Learning Objectives: 

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

  1. Describe the key features, structure, and updates of the BOT-3 (Bruininks-Oseretsky Test of Motor Proficiency, Third Edition) and the MABC-3 (Movement Assessment Battery for Children, Third Edition).
  2. Analyze and compare the advantages and limitations of the BOT-3 and MABC-3 in evaluating motor performance.
  3. Evaluate and discuss the strengths and challenges of their own assessment practices, incorporating both standardized and non-standardized methods in alignment with current best practice guidelines.

As clinical assessment coordinator from Pearson she will be providing information on the new versions of OT tools that have been published in the past year.
