Bias and Microaggressions

SIG organizers: Sarah McKinnon, Mandy Mack, and Meredith Grinnell

SIG Objectives:

1. Identify basic principles of bias and microaggressions and be able to explain intersectionality to a colleague
2. Evaluate implicit bias and how these biases affect professional practice
3. Reflect on microaggressions within professional practice
