Cognition in Acute Care
Learning Objectives:
1. Discuss standardized and non-standardized cognitive assessments to utilize in the acute care setting.
2. Discuss evidence based interventions to facilitate cognitive retraining.
3. Discuss discharge recommendations and modifications for patients.
4. Identify resources to provide to patients and their care-givers to provide support upon discharging home.
